Fantastic old farmhouse in Langa stone, on the heights of Monferrato, just 15 minutes from Acqui Terme and 15 minutes from Nizza Monferrato, beautiful location and full southern exposure, very sunny, discreetly isolated but convenient for services. Our farmers had a dream, harvest after harvest, saving with great privations, plastered the old stone farmhouses as soon as possible (this is one of those cases). The structure of the farmhouse is in an excellent state of conservation, restoring it to its natural state, removing the plaster that covers the naturalness of the stone, would be giving it a new life.
